Non Attendance Fees

You will receive an SMS from the practice two days before your appointment to confirm you will be attending. We require at least 24 hours notice if you will be absent. This is necessary so we can offer your appointment to other patients.

Failure to cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours notice, or failing to attend a scheduled appointment, will incur a fee of $120. This will be payable prior to being able to book any future appointments.
